Practicing in Your Head Is Not Practicing

You have the interview next week. You have not put a single answer into words. Reading notes is not rehearsal.

Your CV and the target role, so the questions fit the job

You have not put an answer into words. You have read your notes. You have run answers in your head. That is not rehearsal.

The gap between knowing and saying

You know your career. You know the stories. Knowing is not the same as forming the answer under a question. The first time you shape the words should not be in front of the panel that decides. That first attempt is always the roughest. Spend it in practice, not in the room.

Reading notes is passive

Reading is passive. Your eyes move. Your mind nods along. Nothing gets built. Answering is active. You retrieve the story. You order it. You commit to words. Active retrieval is the thing that holds up when a stranger asks a hard question cold.

Across the table

PrepEdge puts you across the table from an AI recruiter, a hiring manager, a technical interviewer, or a full panel. You choose the scenario. You choose the difficulty. Warm-up when you need to find your footing. Realistic when you want it to mirror the real thing. Pressure Test when you want the hardest version before the real one.

The session grounds itself in your CV and the role you chase. The questions fit the job. They are not generic.

Coaching per answer, scorecard after

After each answer, you get coaching on structure. Did the result land. Did the situation run long. After the session, you get a scorecard. You see the pattern before the panel does.

New Roleplay Session screen — scenario and difficulty selectors, with CV and role brief optionally attached

Choose the scenario and difficulty before the session starts. CV and target company are blacked out here — that's my own real session, not a mockup.

Practicing in your head is not practicing. Put the answer into words, against a real question, before the room does it for you.
